The objective of "RLС" LLC activity is the provision of logistics services that meet the highest quality standards and guarantee a regular income.

"RLС" LLC provides a wide range of logistics services, such as: responsible storage and handling of products, repacking services, customs clearance of goods.

The management of the company voluntarily undertakes to manage all the processes of the company within the framework of the quality management system in order to continually improve and enhance its performance, to fully meet the requirements and expectations of the customer.

The management of the company maintains and develops the quality management system, considering it as one of the key means of achieving sustainable success of the company in the long term.

Taking the overall responsibility to the Customer, Shareholders, Company Staff and other concerned parties for the results of the company, the company management bases its activities on the following basic principles:

the use of advanced technologies and procedures that provide the management of activities and tracking of results at all stages of the service delivery process;
regular analysis of the processes and the impact of risks and opportunities for the purpose of continuous improvement;
ensuring production processes with all necessary infrastructure to achieve the goals;
establishing long-term partnership and mutually beneficial relationship with both Customers and Service Providers used to carry out activities.

Way to achieve results:

Constant research of logistics services market, expansion and development of new markets, timely response to changes in demand, adaptation to market needs.
Constant monitoring of customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided, minimizing response time to suggestions and comments from customers.
Constant improvement of the quality management system based on international standards with a focus on the best achievements.
Constant improvement of enterprise management methods aimed at improving the quality of service provision.
Development of partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers.
Constant improvement of level of knowledge and professional skills of all company employees.
Improving the communication system between all structural divisions of the company.
Continuous improvement of working conditions and social security of employees.

The quality policy meets the purposes and philosophy of the company and supports its strategic direction.
